  • Mercy and Forgiveness Pilgrimage

    Wednesday Feb 3, 2016 6:15 PM to 7:30 PM

Many of us have been hurt, wounded, or offended by a hard-to-handle wrong committed against us. We want to forgive and have tried to forgive, but have not been able to fully forgive from our heart. Pope Francis has challenged us to grow in our understanding of forgiveness and mercy by proclaiming a Year of Mercy. You are invited to a Mercy and Forgiveness Spiritual Pilgrimage at Immaculate Conception Church in Eau Claire. This Pilgrimage is for people who have been hurt and have been struggling to let go of anger and for those who want to deepen their abilities to experience God’s forgiveness and give it to others. It will be on Wednesdays from 6:15- 7:30 p.m., Feb. 3, 17, 24, March 2, 9, and 16. Those who are interested in helping gauge the effect of the Pilgrimage for helping people grow in forgiveness will be asked to take an anonymous questionnaire on the first Pilgrimage day and again on the last day, and again after Pentecost. You may participate in the Pilgrimage whether or not you help with this. Contact Lou Recine to RSVP at Louv4pi@gmail.com, or call, at 715-441-3202.

Peace and all good to you,
