Become a Member of Immaculate Conception Parish

Becoming a member of our Parish is an easy process!
Just click here for a Membership Application.

To turn in your application, do one of the following:

  •  Print the application and mail it to the Parish at 1712 Highland Avenue, Eau Claire, WI 54701
  • Put application in the mail slot outside the Parish Office (Rectory) door
  • Stop in to the office during office hours to drop off your application
  • Drop your application in the collection basket at Mass in an envelope marked "Parish Office"

Please include a photo and brief biography of you/your family along with your membership form to be used in Parish Announcements! You may also email these items to the Parish Office .

After your application is received, Fr. Francis will reach out to greet you!
